This Painful incident happened when Olympic gold medalist Sa Jae-Hyouk from south korea was making his second attempt of the snatch. The snatch is kind of weightlifting in which  the lifter takes the bar from the ground to above his or her head.

On his fist attempt of the snatch he had lifted 158 kg (348.33 lbs), but on his second attempt he tried to push it to 162 kg (357.15 lbs). Disaster struck and he dislocated his elbow.
