7 Tyller Myers, a then 19-year-old teenager, used to steal âstop signsâ from the Norwalk, Ohio highways in 2012. He was killed in a car crash when, one night, his pickup truck collided with a tractor, after he ran a stop sign.
Sometimes, teenagers overlook the future consequences of their actions, because they are too busy to be in the moment. Tyller Myers, a 19-year-old man. used to steal stop signs from the streets of his hometown in Norwalk, Ohio.
But in a twist of fate, which proves the value of such signs, Myers drove through one a few nights later in 2012 and was hit by a truck. Reports suggest that the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene. Sgt. Jason Demuth told the Norwalk Reflector that officers discovered at least three stop signs in the back of Myersâ 1996 Ford F-150 truck.
State authorities said the collision between Tyllerâs pickup truck and a Peterbilt tractor was so powerful that the vehicles ended up in a nearby cornfield after the force of the impact threw them from the highway. (source)
8 A 10-year-old Kevin Stephan from New York was saved by Penny Brown after his heart stopped because of being hit with a baseball bat on the chest. Seven years later, in 2006, Kevin saved Penny’s life when she was choking on her food in a restaurant where Kevin was working.
At the age of ten, Kevin Stephan from western New York State used to enjoy being the bat boy for his younger brotherâs baseball team.
One day, while warming up for the game, a young guy swung his baseball bat a bit too casually and somehow hit Kevinâs chest. The impact was so hard that Kevin’s heart stopped beating.
Luckily, Penny Brown, a professional nurse who was present in the audience, revived him that day with CPR.
Seven years later in 2006, Penny was eating at Hillview Restaurant in New York, and guess who was working there? It was Kevin.
Penny suddenly started to choke on her food while eating, and the employees at the restaurant called Stephan to help her. Kevin, who had no clue about the womanâs identity, saved her from choking by giving her the Heimlich maneuver.

While trying to get away from the train, karma stepped in and put a Manhattan-bound express in the thiefâs path. He was fortunate enough to survive the blow in the head from the express train.
