7 Dryer lint is super flammable, keep it clean to avoid fires.

8 Use a tampon to start a fire in the wild in wet weather.

Tampons are made up of cotton, and it is a well-established fact that dry cotton can be easily used to ignite a fire. When you are stuck in the wilderness and only have wet twigs and leaves around, you can use a tampon to make an excellent fire tinder. When wandering in the wild, you must always pack a whistle with yourself. A whistle will help you reach out to distant aid and rescue personnel more efficiently as compared to your voice. Moreover, blowing a whistle requires very little energy than screaming at the top of your voice.

10 Stay inside your vehicle if you are stuck in your car in the snow

It is always way easier to locate a vehicle than a human with a dead or no mobile phone. So, you must stay inside your car until traced by the rescue team when stuck in your vehicle in the snow.
