6 A Waffle House was robbed at the point of a pitchfork.
In 2014, a man robbed the Waffle House using a pitchfork. He scared the employees with his weapon and successfully escaped after grabbing the restaurant’s cash register and leaving his weapon in the parking lot. He left the pitchfork in the parking lot. and the employees started following him and attempted to attack him with his weapon.

A 50-year-old man, Jeffrey Willard Wooten, entered the Buford Highway Breakfast Eatery in 2014. He was wearing coveralls and a ski mask with a pitchfork in his hand. His motive was to rob the Waffle House with the help of the pitchfork.
He scared everyone and pushed the employees into a back room. Then he went to grab the cash but was unable to open the cash register. After many unsuccessful attempts, he picked up the entire register and left. He threw the pitchfork away in the parking lot in panic.
After he left, two employees chased him. They grabbed the pitchfork and smashed it into the back window of Jeffrey’s truck. A search warrant was issued for Jeffrey Willard Wooten, but he is still missing. (source)

7 A prank call got a whole restaurant evacuated
Murfreesboro IHOP restaurant was evacuated during its rush hours after receiving multiple prank calls about a gas leak. The manager covered the entire restaurant in fire extinguisher fluid without realizing that he got pranked. He got to know about this prank when he saw two women recording the whole incident sitting in their car.
The manager got pranked in a busy afternoon rush on Monday at the Murfreesboro IHOP restaurant. He got a call around 1 p.m. regarding a gas leak in the restaurant.
The guy on the call advised the manager to evacuate the restaurant immediately and use a fire extinguisher to avoid any kind of explosion. The manager did everything the way she was advised. She forced diners to evacuate the restaurant and sprayed the fire extinguisher fluid all around the restaurant.
The people and manager who got out of the restaurant noticed two girls recording the whole incident and laughing when they drove off. At this moment, the manager realized that they had been pranked. The worst part was the restaurant suffered thousands of dollars worth of damage. (1, 2)

8 A teenager robbed Subway stores because a Subway diet didn’t work for him.
A teenager in Alabama robbed four Subway stores. He did it because he was not able to lose weight after eating the famous Subway diet known as “Jared Fogle’s Diet.” He robbed the restaurants to get his money back.

An 18-year-old teenager named Zachary Rapheal Torrance was arrested by the police in Hueytown, Alabama in 2014 for robbing four Subway stores. The reason for committing these robberies was surprising, he was doing this because the Jared Fogle’s Diet didn’t work out for him. He wanted to get his money back, so he started robbing Subway stores.
He was inspired by Jared Fogle who lost 200 pounds in 1998 in just a year by eating Subway sandwiches. Fogle was the famous Subway face since then. Torrance was caught when a shopkeeper in a Walmart store identified him from the photos posted on social media. (1, 2)

9 A customer was stabbed for pointing out a mistake in his order.
In June 2012, a cashier at a Del Taco in Hemet attacked a customer and stabbed him after an argument. It was reported the customer was just pointing out a mistake in his order when the cashier took this big step.

An employee at the Del Taco drive-thru window in southern California allegedly stabbed a customer over a dispute on an order in June 2012.
Twenty-eight-year-old Gabriel Villalba was arguing with the customer, the customer was pointing out a mistake in his order when the frustrated employee stabbed him with a knife.
Fortunately, the injury was not life-threatening, and the customer was saved. The employee was arrested and charges were filed against him. (1, 2)

10 A pizzeria was attacked after a customer got offended.
In 2016, three men attacked a pizzeria in Florida after one of their friends received cheese on garlic knots. She got offended when a cashier disrespectfully returned her money. Afterward, three men stormed into the pizzeria and smashed the fax machine and cash register, and also threw pizza boxes and food all around.

Twenty-five-year-old Jessica Conti’s order arrived with garlic knots with cheese on top. She demanded they return her money, and she felt disrespected after the cashier put her money on the counter.
The news journal reports stated that three men marched into the pizzeria and knocked the fax machine and cash register off the counter. They also damaged pizza boxes and threw food. The police tracked them down and arrested them on the charges of burglary and criminal mischief. (1, 2)
