Digital artist brings the Disney princes to life with his expert digital strokes

Real Life Disney Characters

Many little angels and princess have grown up watching Disney movies and falling irrevocably in love with the dashing, debonair and gallant princes who are forever rescuing the princesses or the sweet damsels from distress. Many sighs have been heaved and dreams woven around this witty, handsome hunks. Now those girls who were dreaming about their favorite prince can see how their chivalrous prince looks like in reality, courtesy of the digital artist Jirka Väätäinen, who created hyper-realistic images of these swashbuckling heroes in his Real Life Disney Characters series.

The multifaceted designer, illustrator, and digital artist Jirka Vinse Jonatan Väätäinen has attained widespread popularity and huge fan base for his series, the first part of which showcased the princesses and the heroines. The Finnish artist followed it up with their male counterparts. He used a combination of digital compositing, photo manipulation, and digital painting to etch the popular Disney characters.
